Main floor plan is designed for daily functionality, including main floor laundry incorporated into one of the entry closets. Height was added to the Espresso Maple kitchen cabinets graced with granite counter tops. An island was added to the layout for extra seating and work space.
Banquet seating was added to the nook area with draws beneath for additional storage. Quartz stone was used for the flooring in the entry was as well as the bathrooms and shower enclosure.
